Siddharth Malhotra was born on January 16, 1985, in Delhi, India, into a Punjabi Hindu family. His family consists of his father, Sunil Malhotra, his mother, Reema Malhotra, and one brother. They all reside in Delhi, India.

Career:

He is an Indian actor and well-known model appearing in Hindi films. Malhotra started his career as a model at the age of 18. In 2010, he worked as an assistant director under Karan Johar in the film “My Name is Khan.” He made his acting debut in the 2012 film “Student of the Year,” a teen drama directed by Johar. For his performance, he received a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Male Debut.

In the comedy-drama “Hasee Toh Phasee” (2014), Malhotra portrayed an ambitious businessman. He played a ruthless criminal in the romantic thriller “Ek Villain” (2014) and essayed the role of an ambitious writer in the family drama “Kapoor & Sons” (2016). “Ek Villain” was one of Malhotra’s highest-grossing films among his later works, following his early success.
