IAS Tina Dabi was born on 9th November 1993 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Her father, Jaswant Dabi, is employed in the telecommunications department, while her mother, Himani Dabi, is an engineer. Tina has a younger sister named Riya Dabi.

Tina Dabi initiated her educational journey at Delhi’s Jesus and Mary Convent School. Later, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, where she secured the top rank in Political Science during the 2011-2012 session.

After completing her graduation, Tina started preparing for the UPSC civil services examination. Remarkably, in her first attempt, she achieved the 1st rank in the UPSC 2015 examination, and subsequently, she became an IAS officer of the 2016 batch.

Tina was allotted the Rajasthan cadre after her selection in the civil services examination. Her roll number in the exam was 0256747, and she obtained 52.49% marks. Notably, Tina Dabi’s rank in the 2025 batch of UPSC was 1063.
