Suchitra Sen was born on 06 April 1931 in Pabna, Bengal Presidency, British India (present-day Bangladesh). Her childhood name was Roma Dasgupta. Their zodiac sign is Aries.

Marriage / Relationship

Suchitra Sen was married at the age of 15 in 1947 to an industrialist. Her husband’s name was Dibanath Sen. Her daughter is named Moon Moon Sen and granddaughters Raima Sen and Riya Sen through whom her legacy continues even today.

She and the late Uttam Kumar has been the most romantic couple during the golden era of Bengali cinema. In which several romantic melodramas came to live together.
