Muniba Mazari is a Pakistani artist, motivational speaker, and activist who is known for her inspiring story of resilience, courage, and empowerment. She is also known as the “Iron Lady of Pakistan.”


She was born on March 3, 1987, in Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan. Her parents’ names are not widely known, but she has spoken in interviews about the support and encouragement she received from her family, especially her father, who was a strong influence in her life. Despite facing many challenges and obstacles, Muniba has credited her parents with instilling in her a sense of perseverance, determination, and a positive attitude that has helped her overcome adversity and achieve her dreams.

Muniba Mazari Education:

Mazari’s education was interrupted due to a tragic accident that left her paralyzed from the waist down. However, she continued to pursue her education through distance learning and self-study while undergoing medical treatment and rehabilitation.

She completed her intermediate education from the F.G. College for Women in Quetta, Pakistan, and later obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the National College of Arts in Lahore, Pakistan. She also completed a diploma in Montessori teaching from the Pakistan Montessori Council.

Apart from formal education, she is also known for her expertise in calligraphy and has received training in it from various renowned calligraphers. She has also attended several workshops and seminars on art, design, and social issues.


Muniba Mazari’s career began as a visual artist, and she pursued her passion for painting by studying Fine Arts at the National College of Arts in Lahore, Pakistan. She gained recognition for her work as a painter, and her art has been exhibited in various galleries and exhibitions both in Pakistan and abroad.

However, her life took a dramatic turn when she was involved in a car accident in 2007, which left her paralyzed from the waist down. Despite the challenges of living with a disability, Muniba did not let this setback hold her back. Muniba Mazari Relationship:

She was previously married to Khurram Shahzad, who was also her childhood friend. However, the couple got divorced in 2015 after four years of marriage. Muniba has a son named Nael from her previous marriage.

The reason for their divorce has not been disclosed by Muniba or Khurram publicly. However, Muniba has been vocal about the struggles she faced during her marriage and the challenges faced by women in abusive or unhappy marriages.
